• No professional relationship. Using the platform does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship.
• Your content. You retain ownership of stories, reflections, and other content you submit. By submitting, you grant Beyond Survival Mode™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and excerpt that content as part of the community platform and movement.
• Acceptable use. Don't scrape, abuse, reverse engineer, or use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others. Don't impersonate anyone. Don't upload unlawful content.
• AI-generated responses. Responses from the Check In mentor are generated by AI for educational and reflective purposes. They are not always accurate and should not be relied on as professional advice.
• Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Beyond Survival Mode™ operates.

We take care with the trust you place in us. Here's the plain-language version.

• What we collect. Chat threads and messages you send to Check In; your email address if you subscribe to the movement; and an anonymous account identifier so your conversations stay tied to your device.
• How we use it. To deliver and improve the mentorship experience, to send updates if you've subscribed, and to keep the platform safe.
• We do not sell your data. Period.
• Service providers. We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, authentication, and AI responses. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy controls.
• Cookies & local storage. We use your browser's local storage to remember your disclaimer acknowledgment and to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
• Your choices. You can delete your conversations from within the app at any time. To request deletion of subscription data, contact us.
• Children. The platform is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
